In conjunction with the IofC UK National Meeting, Renewal Arts (UK) hosts Footprints Theatre presents comic re-workings of two well-known biblical stories:

 

Nora’s Ark and Shepherd’s Song

 

Saturday 5th December at 3pm.

Nora’s Ark is a musical re-telling of the Noah’s
 Ark story but from the point of view of Noah’s wife, Nora. The Chester Cycle is famed for its take on Nora, she
 is the most reluctant passenger upon the hugely inconvenient vessel and has to be dragged on kicking and screaming, 

Shepherd’s Song is based on the story of Mak the sheep stealer from the Wakefield Mystery Play Cycle. A popular Christmas story, this gritty but endearing narrative has been repeated by generation upon generation, each in its own way.
